You will be supported with physical and energetic templates for renewal and realization, and leave the session with advice on daily practices for intention integration and self care.

Guided Meditation

In embodiment meditation, we apply meditative focus to specific physiological sensations, locations, and processes in our bodies. This allows us to cultivate and refine an interface between our cognitive and physiological awarenesses that’s more comprehensive than if we were to exclusively focus on the breath or recite mantras as is done in traditional practices. Embodiment meditation is a practice to learn the language of the body and to allow the body to inform and contain our presence and sense of self. Embodiment deepens capacity for presence, receptivity, and compassionate exchange with all of reality.

Guided Yoga & Movement

Yoga and movement sessions are open to all ages, sizes and abilities; including mothers (pre and post natal), babies, infants and those in need of healing and restoration. These sessions promote relaxation and coordination by cultivating awareness and repatterning movement. This can be viewed as an exploration of embodiment and consciousness.

TMJ Treatment

This massage is intended to help reduce inflammation surrounding the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). The muscles, ligaments and discs associated with chewing and speaking can become imbalanced and lead to pain, inflammation and degeneration. This treatment focuses on the jaw, neck, head and shoulder girdle in order to ease tension and support alignment. Coherency and spaciousness in the various layers of tissue encourages relaxation, health and balance which can affect the aesthetic of a face.
